ORION STUDY ABROAD - Student Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the ORION STUDY ABROAD PVT Student Referral Program! By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility
  • The referral program is open to all individuals who is ready to refer a prospective student wanting to study abroad in any program or any courses in any country.
  • Referrers must provide accurate and up-to-date information for the referred students.
Qualified Referrals
  • To be considered a qualified referral, the referred student must not have previously contacted ORION STUDY ABROAD PVT directly.
  • To receive the referral commission, the referred student must successfully enroll in a university abroad through ORION STUDY ABROAD PVT, obtain a Visa, and pay the respective university fees.
Commission Calculation and Payment
  • Referrers will receive a commission based on a percentage of the total fees paid by the referred student to the university.
  • Commissions will only be released after ORION STUDY ABROAD PVT receives the commission from the respective university.
Bonus Payment
  • Referrers may be eligible for a bonus payment after reaching a specific number of qualified referrals (or a set slab), as specified by ORION STUDY ABROAD PVT
Referral Process
  • Once a referral is provided, ORION STUDY ABROAD PVT will take over the communication with the referred student
  • ORION STUDY ABROAD PVT will assist the referred student in finding the right university and facilitate their travel arrangements to the study destination
  • Referrers are not required to maintain constant involvement once the referral is made.
  • The referrer is required to sign an MOU, after which they can avail the benefits of the referral program and its advantages.
Privacy and Data
  • Referrers and referred students must provide accurate and valid contact information.
  • All provided personal data will be handled in accordance with ORION STUDY ABROAD PVT's privacy policy.
Program Changes and Termination
  • ORION STUDY ABROAD PVT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice
Abuse and Fraud
  • ORION STUDY ABROAD PVT reserves the right to disqualify any referrals or referrers or even referees involved in fraudulent activities or abuse of the referral program.
Disputes
  • Any disputes arising from the referral program will be subject to the laws of the countries jurisdiction in which ORION STUDY ABROAD PVT operates.
Agreement

Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of ORION STUDY ABROAD PVT. It is recommended that referrers review these terms regularly for any updates.
